Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Costing Energypac Electronics Ltd.

Job Description / Responsibility

1.        Planning, Studying, and collecting production & cost element data from manufacturing unit to determine unit costs of finished product,
2.         Recalculate and review accuracy of material landed cost.
3.         Set product price based on unit cost, market price comparison and other factors.
4.          Maintain cost accounting database for product group/production sub unit of factory.
5.        Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in ERP system.
6.         Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports on variance comparing standard costs with actual costs.
7.         Responsible for providing recommendations on suitable areas of cost control in the production process through process improvement.
8.          Prepare estimation/target costing of new and proposed product.
9.         Prepare & review project feasibility report.
10. ·         Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasted expenses of the overall company.
11. ·         Maintain liaison with factory & supply chain department for gathering relevant information.
12. ·         Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
13. ·         Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

At least ICMAB Inter Pass with Masters in Accounting.

1.         At least 7 year(s)

2.         At least 7 years of relevant experience at reputed manufacturing concern.
3.         Sound knowledge about (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) at import stage.
4.        Should have strong leadership abilities with excellent, interpersonal communication with negotiation skills.
5.         Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
6.         Have experience to use ERP software.
7.        Advance user of Ms Excel.
