1. Job Placement Coordinator needs to provide career counseling to the trainees.
2. Linkage with industries for trainees job, internship, industrial tour.
3. Coordinator is required to understand trainees' interest & requirement before seeking suitable job for trainees..
4. MoU signing with industry/ factory for trainee's job.
5. Coordinator needs to prepare trainees for resume writing & interviews.
6. Job Placement coordinator needs to maintain good connection with clients from different organizations in order to stay updated regarding new job vacancies for trainees
