Job Context
1. We are looking for energetic and smart female who can promote our Branded Cosmetics on some specific super shops, Female gatherings. Sometimes will have to work in office as customer care executive and the main responsibility will be receiving calls from customers, FB page message reply.
2. (No need of any previous experience, we train our all employees. BUT, if someone have experience on this field AND have good knowledge, will get priority)
3. Job Location: Ka-39/5 (3rd Floor), Progoti Shoroni, Kuril, Dhaka-1229 (Opposite of Jamuna Future Park car entrance gate)
Job Description / Responsibility
1. Prepare and execute all marketing activities as per the plan of organization.
2. Regularly visit the product sells outlets and observe client's requirement as well as provide innovative suggestion to boost sale.
3. Sound knowledge of market trends and competitors.
4. Organize weekly meeting to follow up on the existing and upcoming campaigns.
5. Coordinate with the sells outlets to achieve the target.
6. Ensure follow-up procedure which is set by the management.
7. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
8. Receive customers call over cellphone and land phone to support the customers and also to sell the products.
9. Communicate with the customers who order online (Facebook, Website etc.)
10. Brand and product promotions to different female gatherings.
11. (No need of any previous experience, we train our all employees. BUT, if someone have experience on this field have AND have good knowledge, will get priority)

3. Will get preference who has direct experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising and promotions.
4. Excellent communication skills oral, written & presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently with own initiative, effectively in multifaceted situation.
6. Ability to face challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
7. Need to have knowledge on Microsoft Office.
8. Flexible about office timing considering the work load.
9. Need to have the mentality to work in a group and co-operate others.
