Job Description / Responsibility

1. To look after corporate legal matters & provide all types of legal support to the company.

2. To scrutinize and prepare various bi-lateral and multi-lateral agreements, contract, MOU, undertaking, legal notice, domestic perspective.

3. To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.

4. Vetting the legal documents and Land related papers and ensuring that everything is in accordance with approved and prescribed formats.

5. Preparing the draft of agreement with Landowner and Clients and any other legal document regarding company operations.

6. To look after court & others legal matters independently.

7. Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

1. LLB or LL.M from any reputed University.

2. Applicant should have the Bar Council Membership.

Experience Requirements

1. 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Requirements

1. Only males are allowed to apply.

3. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Lawyer, Regulatory, Labor Law, Tax Law
