Job Description / Responsibility

Candidate must be from a Real Estate background.

Must have good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software and should be able to update and reconcile it on a daily basis.

Must be able to deal with Banks and known about banking rules and regulations.

Must be very organised and able to keep proper accounting records.

Must be able to deal with cash and be honest and reliable in such dealings.

Must be able to check various administrative bills and issue verification.

Must be familiar with rules and procedures as laid down by the Company ACT 1994 and BAS, Govt. rules, TAX, VAT including all others compliance issues, risk and system/process development.

Must be able to prepare Budgets and forecasts and able to perform variance analysis on a monthly basis.

Any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

M.Com (Accounting/ Finance)/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) with CA (Part Qualified) or ACCA (Part Qualified) or Affiliate
